App: Simple Unit Price Compare (Japanese: シンプル単価比較｜どっちがお得？価格と単価をかんたん比較. "the App")

This policy explains how the App handles information about its users.
1. The comparison data you enter
The comparison data you enter into the App (product names, shop names, prices, quantities, discount values, calculated results and save dates) is stored only in a database on your own device. It is never transmitted or uploaded to the developer's servers or to any third party.
The App requires no account and no sign-in, and it has no cloud sync feature.
2. Information collected and why
To improve the App and to deliver ads, the App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information.

This information does not include the comparison data described in section 1 (product names, shop names, prices, quantities, discount values or results). The App does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.

3. Advertising
The App is free and displays Google AdMob ads at the bottom of the screen.
You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads from your device settings (Tracking settings on iOS, Google ads settings on Android).
4. Permissions
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.
An internet connection is used only to display ads and to send the analytics information described in section 2. The core features — calculating unit prices and saving and viewing history — work without an internet connection.
5. Operating system features
When asking you to rate the App, it uses the standard review feature provided by iOS and Android. That feature is provided by Apple and Google, and the handling of information through it is governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Storing and deleting data
Saved comparisons can be deleted one at a time from the History screen, or all at once from "Delete all history" in Settings.
Uninstalling the App also deletes the comparison data stored on your device. However, if the data is covered by your operating system's backup and restore feature, it may be restored later.

7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.

An email started from "Contact" in the App's Settings screen is pre-filled, for troubleshooting purposes, with the app version, device model, OS version and an identifier (the Google Analytics for Firebase app instance ID described in section 2). You can review or remove this before sending. That identifier is unrelated to the comparison data you enter. Any email address and message we receive is used only to reply to you and to improve the App, and is not shared with third parties.
