Terms of Use

App: Simple Unit Price Compare (Japanese: シンプル単価比較｜どっちがお得？価格と単価をかんたん比較. "the App")
Developer: FGEM App ("the Developer")
Effective date: 28 September 2026

These terms set out the conditions for using the App. By installing or using the App, you agree to them.

1. Using the App

• The App calculates a unit price from the prices, quantities and discounts you enter, and lets you compare, save and review those comparisons.
• The App is free to use and displays ads.
• You are responsible for providing the device and the internet connection needed to use the App.

2. About the results

• The unit prices and comparisons shown by the App are calculated guides based on the numbers you enter. The Developer does not warrant that they are accurate or complete.
• Before buying, please check the actual shelf price, pack size and conditions of sale yourself.
• Loyalty points, point redemption and multi-buy conditions (such as "2 for X") are not included in the calculation.

3. Your saved data

• The comparison data you enter and save is stored on your device and is not sent to the Developer's servers. Storing, managing and backing up that data is your responsibility.
• Uninstalling the App also deletes the comparison data you saved.

4. Prohibited conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• break the law or act against public order and morals;
• modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it;
• interfere with the delivery of ads, for example by clicking them fraudulently;
• interfere with the operation of the App; or
• do anything else the Developer considers inappropriate.

5. Disclaimer

• The Developer does not warrant that the App will work correctly on every device, or that it is fit for your particular purpose.
• Except in cases of the Developer's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Developer is not liable for any damage you suffer through use of the App, including incorrect results, or the loss or corruption of saved data or device faults.
• Purchasing and other decisions you make based on the App's results are your own responsibility.
• The Developer is not responsible for the content of ads shown in the App, or for the services they link to.

6. Changes to and discontinuation of the App

The Developer may change the App or stop providing it without prior notice to users.

7. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Developer or to the third parties who hold them.

8. Privacy

Information about users is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

The Developer may change these terms as needed. Revised terms take effect when they are published on this page. If you use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location.
